what to expect with tate fitness:

weekly check-ins

Each week you will send us your progress pictures and complete a provided questionnaire (in terms of how you’re feeling, strength in the gym, hunger, sleep, ect.). This will determine if we make any changes to your plan or not! It’s important to have consistent check-ins, and we will show you how once you begin working with us.

personalized nutrition

A custom nutrition plan will be provided, created based off of your goals. We are big on giving a lot of options as far as different food sources; we believe having a variety definitely helps the dieting process along with being enjoyable for you! We do offer flexible dieting - but first, we like to rule out what foods work for you vs what doesn’t. It’s important that digestion is on point, so we can continue to tackle your goals.

You will have a training program that is tailored to your goals and your schedule. Cardio will be based off of how your body is responding, but we will let you know how much cardio you will be doing per week.

Within your program, we will also recommend necessary vitamins and supplements to take for overall health. We will also educate you and explain the benefits of each supplement.

This is something we feel is lacking in our fitness industry. Just know, when you hire us, we are going to be here anytime you need anything. Feel free to schedule a call or WhatsApp us anytime of any day and we will always get back to you very quickly!

  • Be Honest

We understand things happen. If you slip up, be honest at check-ins. This will help us decide on any adjustments to your program and keep us moving in the right direction towards your goals.

We can’t read your mind. Always communicate what’s going on, so we can keep improving. Make sure not to leave anything out of your questionnaire. Ask questions! You’re never bothering us, we want you to learn along the way.

  • effort

It’s important to do the work each day and stay consistent to your program. If you want it bad enough, you will make it happen. We are here to guide you and keep you accountable, but we can’t do the work for you.

  • patience + trust

Always remember that change takes time. You won’t get there overnight, but consistency is going to get you to your goals. Stay focused, trust the process, trust our program, and you will get there.
